Severn home prices rose in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Severn rose by $42,000 while total sales decreased by 63.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 11.7% increase over the $358,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Severn in December 2020.
