Rising home prices in Annapolis in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Annapolis rose by $197,613 while total sales decreased by 53.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $600,000 - a 49.1% increase over the $402,387 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Annapolis in December 2020.
