Pricing for the median home in Brooklyn Park decreased during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Brooklyn Park fell by $15,050 while total sales decreased by 74.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,950 - a 6.8% decrease over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Brooklyn Park in the fourth quarter of 2020.
