Pasadena median home prices rose by 3.6% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Pasadena rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 49.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,500 - a 3.6% increase over the $330,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 142 homes sold in Pasadena in the fourth quarter of 2020.
