Herald Harbor median home prices fell by 1% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Herald Harbor fell by $4,125 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,875 - a 1% decrease over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Herald Harbor in the fourth quarter of 2020.
