Pricing for the median home in Cape St. Claire increased during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Cape St. Claire rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 61.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $443,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $393,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in the fourth quarter of 2020.
