What happened to the median home price in Deale during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Deale rose by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 70.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $472,500 - a 8.6% increase over the $435,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Deale in the fourth quarter of 2020.
