The fourth quarter of 2021: Riva experienced a 5.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Riva rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 61.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $498,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Riva in the fourth quarter of 2020.
