The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Crownsville fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Crownsville fell by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $975,000 - a 2.7% decrease over the $1,002,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Crownsville in the fourth quarter of 2020.
