Pricing for the median home in Riviera Beach increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Riviera Beach rose by $33,100 while total sales decreased by 48.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 12% increase over the $276,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 175 homes sold in Riviera Beach in the second half of 2020.
