Median home prices in Shady Side fell to $332,250 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Shady Side fell by $22,750 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,250 - a 6.4% decrease over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Shady Side in the second half of 2020.
