How did home prices perform in Jessup during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Jessup rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,000 - a 11.6% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Jessup in the second half of 2020.
