Median home prices in Deale rose to $390,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Deale rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 73.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $378,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Deale in the second half of 2020.
