The second half of 2021: Home prices in Severn increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Severn rose by $42,500 while total sales decreased by 57.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 11.3% increase over the $377,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 304 homes sold in Severn in the second half of 2020.
