Home prices increased in Herald Harbor during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Herald Harbor rose by $35,938 while total sales decreased by 67.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $434,938 - a 9% increase over the $399,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Herald Harbor in the second half of 2020.
