Riviera Isle home prices fell in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Riviera Isle fell by $68,400 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $481,500 - a 12.4% decrease over the $549,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Riviera Isle in the second half of 2020.
