The second half of 2021: Home prices in Mayo increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Mayo rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 67.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $487,500 - a 7.1% increase over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in Mayo in the second half of 2020.
