2021: Home prices in Shady Side unchanged

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Shady Side was unchanged while total sales decreased by 32.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000. There were 129 homes sold in Shady Side in 2020, and the median sales price for the period was also $340,000.
