Pricing for the median home in Lake Shore increased during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Lake Shore rose by $32,150 while total sales decreased by 16.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 257 homes sold, with a median sale price of $369,900 - a 9.5% increase over the $337,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 308 homes sold in Lake Shore in 2020.
