Home prices increased in Edgewater during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Edgewater rose by $43,495 while total sales decreased by 41.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 142 homes sold, with a median sale price of $394,745 - a 12.4% increase over the $351,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 242 homes sold in Edgewater in 2020.
