2021: Home prices in Cape St. Claire increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Cape St. Claire rose by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 28.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $432,500 - a 8.4% increase over the $399,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 143 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in 2020.
