Falling home prices in Amberly in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Amberly fell by $113,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $742,000 - a 13.2% decrease over the $855,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Amberly in 2020.
