2021: Home prices in Little John increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Little John rose by $315,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,300,000 - a 32% increase over the $985,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were three homes sold in Little John in 2020, as well.
