Median home prices in Bethesda fell to $925,000 in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Bethesda fell by $135,000 while total sales decreased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $925,000 - a 12.7% decrease over the $1,060,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 103 homes sold in Bethesda in January 2021.
