Baltimore County, Maryland issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
Baltimore County will close Raphel Road over I-95 from Monday, February 21 to Tuesday, November 1 in order to permit the Maryland Transportation Authority’s contractor to reconstruct the Raphel Road bridge.
Raphel Road links Bradshaw Road to Philadelphia Road near Harford County. During the eight months of construction, traffic will be detoured to alternate routes sufficiently marked to provide the traveling public with an easy and direct travel option.
