Maryland residents pay the lowest in-state tuition at Baltimore City Community College, Hagerstown Community College and Maple Springs Baptist Bible College and Seminary, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of federal data.

The analysis includes the cost of tuition only for the 2017-18 academic year reported to the U.S. Department of Education.
