Comptroller of Maryland issued the following announcement on Aug. 16.
Comptroller Franchot visited The Preppy Redneck in St. Michaels as part of his efforts to urge Marylanders to take advantage of no sales tax on clothing and footwear under $100 during Shop Maryland Tax Free Week, which runs through August 18.
