1. Pursuant to Article 11 of the NYS Real Property Tax Law, County Treasurer Terri Ross filed a Certificate of Withdrawal of Delinquent Tax Lien for a property in the Town of Independence in the Clerk of the Board’s Office on August 16.

2. Notification that the NYS DEC will host an open house to provide information on a recently completed habitat management plan for Keeney Swamp Wildlife Management Area (WMA) located in the Town of Birdsall. The plan can be viewed at http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/83123.html.

3. Notice of Intent from the Town Board of the Town of Farmersville that they wish to act as lead agency with regards to the proposed Wind Energy Facility Law of the Town of Farmersville
