i. Lorraine got approval from Connie Summers to use “Commercial Building” for Corn hole

ii. Logistics for music

iii. We have 10 green and 10 red table clothes for this year

iv. Centralized location for power point

c. Holiday Decorating Contest (Lisa)

d. Christmas Tree Raffle: Drawing scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 20 at County Services Plaza
