Anne Arundel County Economic Development Corporation issued the following announcement on Feb. 12.
"A three-building industrial complex near Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall has changed hands for $37.7 million.
The industrial portfolio, known as Logistics Pointe BWI, was built in 2010 and is located at 7462-7468 Candlewood Road in Hanover..The sale comes at a time when Greater Baltimore's industrial market is posting strong sales and leasing figures.
Real estate brokerage Lee & Associates said the growth was expected to continue through 2019. Industrial growth in Central Maryland last year set a record pace with a total of 4.4 million square feet of new warehouse development underway, Lee & Associates data showed."
