Lake Shore home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Lake Shore fell by $9,425 while total sales decreased by 35.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,575 - a 3.4% decrease over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Lake Shore in February 2016.
