Mayo home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Mayo fell by $82,369 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 23% decrease over the $357,369 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mayo in January 2016.
