The Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks is pleased to invite you to participate in the 2019 Outstanding Volunteer Awards Program. This program was initiated in 1985 to recognize the achievements and service of volunteers who support the Department of Recreation and Parks.
There are several awards that volunteers can attain, based on the following categories: recreation, sports, community, parks and youth.
The Recreation Advisory Board will select the award recipients from nominations received from individuals such as you. The award winners will be honored at the upcoming volunteer appreciation reception in January 2019 at Quiet Waters Park.
T o nominate an outstanding volunteer or group of volunteers from your organization, please complete the online nomination form.
Nominations are due no later than November 22, 2019.
We would ask that each organization nominate only one person or group.
