The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Edgewater fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Edgewater fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 59.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $368,000 - a 1.9% decrease over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Edgewater in the fourth quarter of 2020.
