Home prices increased in Maryland City during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Maryland City rose by $70,000 while total sales decreased by 47.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $387,500 - a 22% increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Maryland City in the fourth quarter of 2020.
