Annapolis median home prices rose by 28.9% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Annapolis rose by $130,000 while total sales decreased by 67.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $580,000 - a 28.9% increase over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 187 homes sold in Annapolis in the fourth quarter of 2020.
