How did home prices perform in Mayo during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Mayo rose by $200,000 while total sales decreased by 68.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $657,500 - a 43.7% increase over the $457,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Mayo in the fourth quarter of 2020.
