Linthicum median home prices rose by 9.2% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Linthicum rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 68.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 9.2% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Linthicum in the second half of 2020.
