Home prices increased in Lake Shore during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Lake Shore rose by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 40.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $381,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 186 homes sold in Lake Shore in the second half of 2020.
