How did home prices perform in Arden on the Severn during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Arden on the Severn rose by $74,000 while total sales decreased by 68%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $473,000 - a 18.5% increase over the $399,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Arden on the Severn in the second half of 2020.
