Home prices increased in Riva during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Riva rose by $76,100 while total sales decreased by 44.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $584,600 - a 15% increase over the $508,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Riva in the second half of 2020.
