Belhaven Beach median home prices rose by 50.8% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Belhaven Beach rose by $291,950 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $866,950 - a 50.8% increase over the $575,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Belhaven Beach in the second half of 2020.
