The second half of 2021: Home prices in Little John increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Little John rose by $352,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,337,500 - a 35.8% increase over the $985,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Little John in the second half of 2020.
