How did home prices perform in Mayo during 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Mayo rose by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 45%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - a 8.2% increase over the $439,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 171 homes sold in Mayo in 2020.
