January 2022: Lake Shore experienced a 0.3% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Lake Shore fell by $1,154 while total sales decreased by 81.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $344,500 - a 0.3% decrease over the $345,654 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Lake Shore in January 2021.
