January 2022: Home prices in Maryland City increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Maryland City rose by $35,450 while total sales decreased by 82.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,450 - a 10.5% increase over the $337,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Maryland City in January 2021.
