Falling home prices in Annapolis in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Annapolis fell by $14,750 while total sales decreased by 87.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 3.4% decrease over the $434,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Annapolis in January 2021.
