Pricing for the median home in Arnold increased during January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Arnold rose by $64,000 while total sales decreased by 72%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 17.7% increase over the $361,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Arnold in January 2021.
