Home prices increased in Cape St. Claire during January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Cape St. Claire rose by $96,300 while total sales decreased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $486,250 - a 24.7% increase over the $389,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in January 2021.
