Annapolis Neck home prices rose in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Annapolis Neck rose by $336,500 while total sales decreased by 90.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $956,500 - a 54.3% increase over the $620,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Annapolis Neck in January 2021.
